Enville Open Competitions

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times when using our internet booking facility.

Payment

To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process.

We normally take full payment at the time of booking and will advise where this is not the case.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking on the website by entering your unique reference number.

• Cancellation more than two weeks before event – full refund

• Cancellation between one and two weeks before event – 50% refund
• Cancellation less than one week before event, or failure to cancel – no refund

Course closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund.

Transferable booking

The Booking is completely transferable.  Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend provided they fulfil the handicap criteria and hold a CDH number.

Handicaps

This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies).

Spikes

Metal spikes are not permitted on the golf course.

Please refer to the specific competition rules regarding handicap and age restrictions.
